The x500 pro is a proven innovatiQ solution for reliable serial printing, even of demanding components made of high-temperature, abrasive and other challenging materials. In addition to the large construction volume of 500 x 400 x 450 millimetres, it also offers equipment that perfectly meets the requirements of daily industrial use. With a solid steel frame and a total weight of over 180 kilograms, the system offers extremely high stability and smooth running. MiQ 5

The highest component quality requires optimum storage and ideal drying of the material. For this purpose, innovatiQ offers the proven MiQ 5 material drying unit, e.g. for the TiQ 5 & X500 pro 3D printers . The material drying chamber is actively heated up to 55°C. This allows the individual polymer chains of the plastic to open and the stored water to escape. The heated air is actively dehumidified. To do this, the air in the chamber is set in permanent rotation and passed by two Peltier elements. When closed, the moisture is removed to the outside in a controlled manner via an extraction mechanism and evaporates.
