The LiQ 5 has an actively heated build chamber with homogeneous heat distribution for the stable production process of components made of LSR material . With the patented, innovative LAM manufacturing process, it is possible to produce both prototypesand functional partswith material properties similar to those of injection molding. The LiQ 5 is considered a trendsetter among silicone 3D printers, particularly due to its high process reliabilityand a print result without post-processing.

The optional 2nd print head enables the printing of support structures and separating layers, making it possible to produce even more complex shapes. Overhangs, recesses and volumetric shapes can now be printed directly. The support material or release layers can be removed without leaving any residue after printing.

    The welded metal frame and the painted metal housing of the innovatiQ LiQ5 form the solid basis of the appliance. The viewing doors of the construction chamber and the material compartment are made of solid, shatter-proof safety glass.

    Two-component material application

    The controlled volumetric extrusion of the 2 material components during silicone printing ensures highly accurate dosing and precise application of the material in the first part of the production process.

    Patented thermal cross-linking

    The printing and cross-linking processes take place alternately. To accelerate the cross-linking of the material, a high-temperature lamp is used during the cross-linking process, which achieves the necessary temperature of approx. 200 degrees on the surface.
