Introduction/challenge
Many e-bike riders want a more individual riding position that goes beyond the possibilities of classic standard handlebars. Standard handlebar extensions are only available in fixed sizes, do not allow any real customization and restrict the e-bike design.

Solution

The manufacturer uses the Tiq 2 from innovatiQ to print customized handlebar extensions directly using the FDM process.

  • Adjustment of height and fore/aft offset (+20 to +40 mm)
  • Aerodynamically optimized geometry for modern frame design
